In individual counselling, we work together to explore what you’re going through in a supportive and non-judgmental space. I help you understand your experiences, manage challenges, and move toward meaningful change. Sessions are tailored to you, combining practical tools with deeper insight.
Sessions are available in-person at my Calgary office or virtually via a secure video platform.
In couples counselling, we work together to understand what’s happening in your relationship and how to improve it. I support you in communicating more effectively, resolving conflict, and reconnecting with each other. Sessions are collaborative, structured, and tailored to your unique relationship.

The 50-minute 'therapeutic hour' is a purposeful standard. It allows us to dive deep into your goals while leaving space at the end of the session to ground ourselves and transition mindfully back into your day. This structure promotes steady, sustainable growth without the burnout that can come from longer sessions

Our 75-minute sessions are designed for those who want more space to explore complex themes or incorporate mindfulness and somatic practices into their work. This extended time is ideal if you feel you need a longer 'runway' to settle into the session, allowing us to reach deeper levels of insight without the pressure of the clock. It is a productive middle ground between the standard hour and intensive work.

The 100-minute session is designed for deep, focused work—ideal for couples, trauma processing, or individuals navigating significant life transitions. This format removes the 'rush' of the standard hour, providing the safety and space needed for profound breakthroughs and thorough grounding. It is an investment in intensive healing for those ready to move through complex blocks with undivided attention.

Insurance Coverage
Services provided by a registered psychologist are often covered under extended health benefit plans. Please check with your provider regarding your specific coverage.
I am registered with TELUS eClaims and can offer direct billing for some insurance plans. For others, I provide receipts that you can submit for reimbursement.

A complimentary 15-minute phone or video consultation is available to help you determine if this approach feels like the right fit for you.
This is an opportunity to ask questions, share what you’re looking for, and get a sense of how we might work together.
First Session
Your first session is a relaxed, supportive conversation about what’s been going on and how I can help. We’ll talk about your goals and begin to make sense of your experiences together. It’s also a chance for you to see if you feel comfortable and supported working with me.
Ongoing Work
After the first session, we continue working together to better understand your experiences and make meaningful changes. We’ll build skills, explore patterns, and work through challenges at a pace that feels right for you. Sessions are collaborative and focused on helping you feel more confident, connected, and supported.
Wrap-up
As you begin to feel better, we check in on your progress and adjust sessions as needed. We may space appointments out while you continue applying what you’ve learned. When you’re ready, we wrap up therapy in a way that feels supportive and empowering. And of course, you are always welcome to reinitiate counselling when you are ready for more.
