How I Work
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in both evidence-based therapy and a holistic understanding of well-being. My practice integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness-Based therapies, and Somatic Awareness to provide a research-backed approach that addresses the psychological, relational, and physiological roots of your well-being.
